Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
When you submit a service assessment, we pass your request to a marine service provider and those partners pay us. Under California law that is a sale of personal information, and you have the right to stop it. Use this page to do that.

What opting out does
- We stop selling or sharing your personal information from the moment we receive the request.
- Any assessment you have already submitted is withdrawn from partner routing, unless a partner has already been assigned and you asked them to do work.
- You can still use the site and submit assessments. We will contact you ourselves rather than routing you to a partner, which may mean we cannot match you with anyone. We will not otherwise treat you differently, charge you more, or give you a lesser service.
- You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to create one.

Other ways to do this
- By email. Write to privacy@yachtmd.com with “Do not sell” in the subject line.
- By browser signal. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or extension. We treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically, on every visit, without you having to fill anything in.
- Through an authorised agent. Your agent should email us with written permission signed by you. We may still verify with you directly, as the law allows.
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and act within 15 business days, as the CCPA requires for opt-out requests. We do not charge for this, and we will not ask you to verify your identity beyond matching the details you gave us.
